Gary Brown - VFX Producer / Supervisor

Gary has a rich and varied experience within the post and visual effects industry spanning three decades. His work has won acclaim and many plaudits including an Emmy nomination for his work as VFX Supervisor on HBO’s Into The Storm (2009).

In 2005, Gary founded London VFX boutique Munky which worked across theatrical, episodic, advertising, art instillation, music, fashion and concert visuals and was renowned for both high quality output and creativity at the core.

In 2016, Munky was incorporated into Technicolor’s Soho facility and became Technicolor VFX with Gary as Creative Director. The team grew and focused exclusively on high-end episodic and theatrical projects. In 2021, Technicolor VFX merged with and became Ghost VFX.

In early 2022, Gary left facilities to pursue a freelance career production side as VFX Producer / Supervisor.
