Renegade Nell on Disney+

It’s finally here. I can’t believe my good fortune to have worked on a show like this. Not only were the entire cast and crew the funnest and most capable I’ve ever worked with, but it was an honour to once again work with Sally Wainwright's scripts & characters which were fantastic as ever.

In terms of my main role, it was a particular joy to collaborate in the design of such a wide range of fun and interesting visual effects.. from the set extensions and world building through to the creation and implementation of our magical Billy Blind and everything that he had influence over… keep watching till the end ;) Haha!

Shout outs to the following..

...my small but perfectly formed VFX team... Jasper Shah, Mike Dziennik, Anne Akande, & Sujeath Navaratnam. We looked at all the pixels in approximately 7500 wip versions to get 1355 finals on screen with less than 2% QC kickback. You were solid and made me look good!

…my vendors for smashing the creative and technical bejesus out of their shots! I thank all the artist, production, editorial, engineering and management staff who had anything to do with this show... I applaud you!
